Return and Exchange Policy

ALL RETURNS & EXCHANGE ORDERS MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 7 DAYS UPON RECEIVING THE ORDER.

Return credits will be issued after receipt of items and after they have been inspected. Items must be returned in its original package.

ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, AND THEY CAN NOT BE RETURNED.

We will not accept any items if...
Worn
Washed
Altered
Snagged
Ripped
Stained
Odors
Or any other damage caused by the receiver.

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#)
You must receive the RA# for your claim to be processed. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without the RMA#. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection. Please note that all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility and will not be paid for or refunded.
